firefox in my pc

I have been seeing such kind of error while browsing with firefox, specially with the tab browsing.

Location Nepal, GMT ?

In the image, you can see, Location : Nepal but the Time Zone : (GMT + 5:30) Indian Standard Time.

Yes, I am from Nepal, my location is NEPAL, but the Time Zone to my knowledge is not (GMT + 5:30 Indian Standard Time).

Hence, I decided to google 'GMT Nepal' and also check in the system time ( below images). My question is Why, How, What?
